Booking Rules

These rules govern booking and payment for private transfers on this website operated by Luxe Transport Azur ("LTA"). By confirming a booking or completing payment, you accept these rules.
1. Service provider
Transport services are provided by Luxe Transport Azur (LTA), a legal entity registered in France.
LTA operates this website for reservations, fare calculation and secure online payment (Stripe).
2. Booking flow on the website
1) Enter pickup and drop-off addresses (Google Maps / Places), date and time in Paris timezone.
2) Choose one-way or round trip (when available for your schedule).
3) Automatic calculation of distance, fare and any waiting-time charges.
4) Select a vehicle from models available for your passenger count.
5) Enter passenger details (name, phone with country code, email) and accept the Privacy Policy.
6) Review the summary (route, times, price, round-trip waiting conditions).
7) Booking is created with status "awaiting payment", then pay now or defer according to the rules below.
8) After successful payment: status "confirmed" and confirmation emails are sent.
3. Times and minimum lead time
All displayed and enforced times use the Europe/Paris timezone.
A booking is only possible if pickup is at least 2 hours after the current Paris time.
Time slots are offered in 15-minute steps.
For round trips, return departure must be after outbound pickup; the system suggests times compatible with estimated travel duration.
4. Pricing principles
The displayed price is a flat rate per vehicle per order (not per passenger).
For a standard trip, distance is based on the outbound leg (km). A single €/km band applies to the entire distance (see table below), not band-by-band stacking.
The amount shown before payment is binding; the server recalculates on booking creation and rejects the order if the difference exceeds €0.05.
5. Distance tariff grid (€/km)
Single band based on total one-way trip distance:

6. Nice flat rate (city / airport)
When both pickup and drop-off are in Nice (commune, postcodes 06000–06300) or within the Nice Côte d'Azur airport (NCE) zone, a fixed fare of €50 per vehicle may apply (one-way).
For round trips with billable waiting time, pricing uses distance bands and/or waiting charges in section 7.
7. Round trip and waiting time (idle)
Waiting time between estimated outbound arrival at drop-off and return departure:
• Under 60 minutes: free.
• Between 60 and 240 minutes (1–4 h) when the gap between outbound departure and return departure is under 4 h: round trip cannot be booked online — book the return separately as one-way.
• Return scheduled before estimated outbound arrival: round trip blocked — book two one-way trips.
• Otherwise, when waiting is billable: €90/hour, rounded down to whole hours (in the client’s favour), per order (not per passenger).
For round trips, return distance is not added again: distance pricing uses the outbound leg only; total = outbound + waiting charges if any.
8. Payment
Payment is made online by card via Stripe (3D Secure when required). Full card details are not stored on our servers.
If pickup is more than 4 hours away: you may "pay now" or "pay later" before the stated deadline.
Payment deadline when deferral is allowed: 4 hours before pickup (Paris time), shown on screen and in email.
If pickup is less than 4 hours away: only immediate payment is available; deadline is 2 hours before pickup (Paris time).
"Pay later": while more than 4 hours remain before pickup, the client may pay via the email link; once under 4 hours without payment, the booking is cancelled automatically.
Before any payment you must tick acceptance of these Booking Rules.
9. Cancellation for non-payment
"Pay later" booking: if payment is not received before the deadline (4 h before pickup), the booking is automatically cancelled.
If you chose "pay later" and fewer than 4 hours remain before pickup, the booking is cancelled and the email payment link no longer works.
Without deferred payment: if the payment window expires, the booking expires and any reserved scheduled seats are released.
You may receive a cancellation email; you can place a new booking on the website.
10. Booking statuses
"Awaiting payment": booking created, payment not completed.
"Confirmed": payment received, transfer scheduled.
"Cancelled": e.g. after payment deadline or manual cancellation by LTA.
Statuses on the secure payment link page reflect the server record.
11. Passengers and vehicle
Adults: 1–20; children: 0–20. At least one adult is required.
The selected vehicle must have enough seats for all declared passengers.
Luggage must fit within the capacity shown for the vehicle model.
12. Data, cookies and changes
Contact details may be stored locally (cookie) to speed up a future booking, subject to cookie consent.
For major itinerary changes after booking, contact LTA using footer details as soon as possible.
LTA may update these rules; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date shown.
